Novel Beginnings

 Post the first chapter of a story you are working on or have completed at our voting site. Readers will then get the opportunity to vote on it, and the top 5 will get a request for more from Breathless Press.
 
There are two categories: Established Authors for those with a contracted title already, and New Authors who are looking to get their first contract. There is no minimum heat rating, no min word count per chapter, but it has to be romance or a subgenre of romance.
 
Between the first of the month to the First Friday of every month, authors will get the chance to post their first chapters (following a specific guideline as stated on the Breathless Press website found here). Between the first Friday to the last Friday of every month, the voting commences. The top 5 will be drawn on the last day of the month.
 
Formatting
 
No bold. Only italics are permitted.
 
Please separate paragraphs using a empty line space rather than indenting. Indenting lines may not work/translate for all stories.
 
All posts must have this format:

Author Contact Email
Heat Rating
Genre
Chapter 1
Rest of chapter
 
Any other format will cause disqualification.
