Had a burglar broken in? Or a fire set ablaze in the kitchen? A cold sweat swept across his skin. Fearing for her safety, he tried the doorknob and found it unlocked. Without a care for his own well-being, he barged in.

At first, he didn’t see anything amiss, or anyone for that matter, then his eyes caught movement from the bathroom. He hurried in that direction, and there he found ... standing wide-eyed and stark naked, on top of the vanity, Bridgette ... hurtling item after item into the shower. He tore his gaze from her shocking, yet tantalizing form, and peered into the stall. There, cowering in the back corner was a monstrous-sized spider.

Fighting his own instinctive recoil, Geoff reached for the nearest cylindrical receptacle he could find. Then, grabbing something flat to lay over the top, he scooped up the offending arachnid and rushed it to the window, where he threw the spider, glass, and all into the great beyond, where it belonged. Consequences be damned.

Turning back to his blushing damsel in distress, he saw the same look of horror displayed on her face as she gaped, open mouthed at him.
